Yes! When you start using TheNextInvoice you create a default profile, this includes your company information and logo. After which you can create other profiles with different company logos and details. This is a perfect solution for companies that trade under different names. While creating the profile/layout of the invoice you can see all changes immediately. When finished you can select a default profile that will be auto selected when creating a new invoice. When all settings have been saved you are ready to send your first invoice. The client will receive an e-mail including the standardized email text provided in the settings including a PDF file in which the client can find the invoice. TheNextInvoice is there to make you life easier!
In some cases it can be of help to save an invoice as a draft version. This could apply to cases such as; create an invoice for a client and save as a draft to send in the near future. As you are probably aware, invoice numbers need to follow-up in a chronological order. When saving an invoice as a draft you do not have to worry about invoice numbers. Invoice numbers will be automatically added at the moment the invoice is send.
YES! If you have clients that have a monthly subscription you can automate the proces of sending recurring invoices. When creating such an recurring invoice you are able to select if you want to send the email weekly, monthly or quarterly. Additionally it is possible to add a starting and end date.
TheNextInvoice “archive” is the place where you can find all sent invoices. The archive can easily be filtered on payment status, clients name, date, invoice number etc. Its also possible to manage all invoices that have expired its due date of payments. With this feature you can select all these clients and send a friendly reminder.

Yes, you can easily connect TheNextInvoice to Twinfield. All invoices, products/services sold will be uploaded to Twinfield. Additionally TheNextInvoice will generate the payment status from both Ideal payments as well as from Twinfield
